Welcome to Quran Kids Academy. By accessing our website and utilizing our online Quran educational services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

Quran Kids Academy provides live, online one-on-one Quranic recitation, Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, and Islamic studies tutoring for children. Classes are conducted via virtual video platforms. We operate exclusively as an online educational institution and do not operate physical walk-in campuses.

2. Attendance & Makeup Policy

Consistency is vital for Quranic reading fluency and Tajweed retention. Parents must notify academy coordinators at least 12 hours prior to class time if a student will be absent. Classes cancelled with valid notice can be rescheduled to an agreed-upon makeup slot. Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

3. Tuition & Billing

Tuition is billed on a monthly cycle in advance of lessons. There are no annual lock-in contracts. Parents may pause or cancel services at the end of any billing month with written notice. Trial sessions are 100% free with no automated recurring charges attached.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain an environment of mutual respect, gentleness, and dignified Islamic character (Adab). Tutors are expected to display patience and warmth; students and parents are expected to treat instructors with courtesy and respect.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our operational procedures. Families will be notified of any material changes via email.
